Payment
We currently accept payment via PayPal or Google Checkout
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account - you can use your Credit or Debit card.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please contact us on 0845 838 1843, inform us of what you would like to order and we will provide you with a price. As soon as your cheque is cleared we will dispatch your items.

All items will be carefully wapped to protect contents during transit
UK Delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail, 2nd Class, unless 1st class option is selected.
We obtain proof of posting when dispatching items.
For an additional cost of £0.72 you can insure your item/s against loss in the postal system, to do this you must select 'UK 1st Class - Signed For (Insured)' as your delivery option. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost in the post unless this delivery method is selected. Please note that this option will require a signature to be provided upon delivery of these items.

Delivery Schedule
The vast majority of items we feature are held in stock, we aim to despatch these within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer with anywhere between 2 and 14 days delay depending upon stock situation - these items will always be highlighted as such on the site. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.
