We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
Returns and Refund policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Journal Craft products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will refund the cost of your purchase, provided that the items have not been used and are still in their original condition and wrapping. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you would like to apply for a refund.
Please follow the steps below.
- Contact us on 0845 838 1843 - between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm (GMT) to inform us that you would like to return your items.
- Package the items carefully (preferably in their original packaging, ensuring you have crossed out the original delivery details). Be sure to enclose the original packing note, or alternatively your full name, address and email, and state clearly the reason for returning the goods

- We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or insure it for the value of the packing note. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back with us, or are damaged in transit.
Upon receipt, we will check that items have not been used and are in their original wrapping, and will refund the cost of your goods
Damaged Items
If your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us on 0845 838 1843 within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange to either send out replacement items or a refund.

Prices
It it our policy to keep prices rounded up or down to the nearest 25p. So, rather than charging you £4.99 the price of an item may be priced at £4.75, or occasionally rounded up to £5.00.
UK VAT price changes. Whilst VAT is now being charged at 15%, we have adjusted some of our prices as we like to keep prices rounded up or down to the nearest 25p. This means that we have adjusted our base prices so items under £10 will not show a changed price in the store. However items between £10 and £25 have been reduced by 50p, and items over £25 have been reduced by £1.00, which is a larger saving than the VAT reduction. The price of PanPastels remains unchanged as they are already heavily discounted. |
