- Our Home Delivery service is FREE of charge for all orders over £100.00 to 1 UK mainland address. All orders under £100.00 will be charged at our standard rate of just £3.95 per order. International orders will be charged £10.00 for delivery, please allow extra time due to custom delays.
- All items will be dispatched via a next day courier within 3-5 working days from confirmation of order (subject to stock availability). If an item is out of stock it will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Out of stock items may be still ordered, and will be placed on back order for allocation as soon as it becomes available. Average lead time for stock replenishment is 2-3 weeks, however some items may take longer. For an estimated due date for your order please email sales@learayretail.co.uk.
- Orders may be collected from our shop in Faversham for no additional charge, please mark the delivery method as 'collect from shop' when processing at the checkout. Goods will be held for 14 days from confirmation date (subject to stock availability). If an item is out of stock you will recieve an e-mail or phone call as soon as it becomes available.
- Canterbury Christ Chuch University have the option when purchasing to have the order delivered to the University for collection at the Department Office. This offer is only available to students at CCCU and students must ensure that they chose this option when selecting delivery details when processing at checkout.
- Dover Girls Grammar School orders have the option when purchasing to have the order delivered to the school for collection at reception. This is a FREE service offered to this school only, and is made on a weekly basis during term time only. Please mark the delivery method as 'send to school' and make sure the pupils name and form number are clearly stated in the delivery details section when processing at the checkout.
