DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for certain items purchased on this website for a full refund. However, please note: the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to 'items that have been personalised or made to your specification'; which is obviously the majority of the items here on tags4crew! Please be aware of this when ordering!
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. The only items to which the DS regulations currently apply to on tags4crew are 'Ready Made Lanyards', 'Key Chains' and 'Stickers'. You must pay the postage on items you wish to return.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first!! When you contact us we will give an RMI No., which must be quoted on all correspondence. This must also be marked on the return envelope. *Items returned without a RMI Number will not be accepted*
