How much are your postage & packing charges within the UK?
Order value £5 - £30 = postage cost £3.00
Order value £30 or over = post free
All orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Alternative delivery options are available on request. If you require alternative delivery methods, please state this at the time of your order.
The Little Bead Shop is not liable if products are lost during the postal process.
How much does it cost to send orders outside UK?
Postage is charged at cost. Orders are sent by the most cost effective means available. If urgency is an issue we can quote for alternative delivery methods. We cannot compensate or repeat orders unless insurance charges are paid.
Can you quote for delivery charges before goods are sent?
We are happy to quote for different delivery options before confirmation of your order
should you require this. Please note that we can only quote if an actual order has been
placed. It is not possible to estimate the charges until the order has been packed and
weighed. You do not commit yourself to acceptance until you confirm.
How quickly will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. It is extremely rare for
orders without outstanding queries to be despatched later than 72 hours after receipt.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We usually use first class post. First class post normally arrives within a day or two and
is not traceable.

We accept payment by credit card only.
Out of Stock
We do our utmost to ensure that all stock availability information in our online store is
accurate, however, sometimes orders can be placed before we have been able to update our online shop. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days, we will
contact you to advise of the situation and you will be entitled to cancel the order and
receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date.
Cancellations and Returns
It is your responsibility to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify The Little Bead Shop within 7 days of delivery of any issues.
If items are defective or damaged is made then the goods should be returned to The Little Bead Shop. You will be entitled to replacement items or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from The Little Bead Shop on the package.
Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify The Little Bead Shop by email at thelittlebeadshop@gmail.com within 2 working days of the date of purchase. Products that are not damaged but are unwanted by the buyer must be returned at the buyer's cost and should be adequately insured and packaged to prevent damage during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding delivery charges, if any) once they have been returned to The Little Bead Shop. The Little Bead Shop is not liable if products are lost during the postal process, both delivery and returns.
If your goods have been dispatched prior to you contacting us to request a refund the goods must be returned to The Little Bead Shop at the buyer's cost and should be adequately insured and packaged to prevent damage during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding delivery charges, if any) once they have been returned to The Little Bead Shop. The Little Bead Shop is not liable if products are lost during the postal process, both delivery and returns.
Returns Procedure
If you would like to return your products for any reason other than them being damaged, please give us a call on 0131 228 5058 or send us an email (quoting your order number) at thelittlebeadshop@gmail.com . Please ensure that the products are un-opened, sealed and packaged to the same quality that they were delivered. When we receive the returned products we will issue you will a full refund minus postage. The Little Bead Shop is not liable for products lost during the postal process, both delivery and returns.
